The learned Counsel for the Applicants on instructions submits that the office objections will be removed within a period of one week. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the Application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 5th January 2026 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II), dismissing Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 37591 of 2025, for non-removal of the office objections stands set aside. Civil Revision ARS 1/2

24-IA-2257-2026.DOC Application (Stamp) No. 37591 of 2025 stands restored to file, subject to the Applicants removing office objections within a period of one week.

In the event, the office objections are removed, list the Civil Revision Application as a 'fresh matter'.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 37591 of 2025, stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
