For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) since principal four Petitions are required to be heard finally. Delay, if any, stands condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside.

Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith online as well as offline. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Department shall permit Advocate for Applicants / Petitioners to carry out necessary amendment.
