By this application, the original petitioners are seeking extension of time for Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (DRT) to dispose of the pending Interim Application No.2713 of 2025 in Securitization Application No.65 of 2024. It is brought to our notice that initially while disposing of the writ petition, this Court had directed that the said interim application be disposed of within three weeks from 01.01.2026. Subsequently, by an order dated 12.02.2026, this Court had granted an extension of four weeks. 2.

We are informed that the arguments on the interim application are part-heard and the application is now listed before the DRT tomorrow.
