Not on board. Mentioned by way of praecipe, seeking a direction for extension of time for Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (DRT-I) to dispose of pending Interim Application No. 2713 of 2025 in Securitisation Application No. 65 of 2024. 2.

On earlier occasions also this Court has been extending the time period for disposal of the said interim application. It appears that due to a number of part-heard matters before the said DRT, the interim application could not be disposed of in the extended period of time, which expires today. There is no specific objection on the part of the respondents with regard to the prayer for

In view of the above, DRT-I is granted time of three weeks, as a matter of last chance, to dispose of Interim Application No. 2713 of 2025 in Securitisation Application No. 65 of 2024. 4.
