The Petitioner-in-person has acquired an LL.B. Degree and has also received a Sanad from the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. It is in such circumstances that we permitted him to address us in-person, since it is his own Petition. 2.

The Petitioner's prayers are general in nature and do not indicate any specific cause of action. His grievance is against a

licensee, who is occupying his premises. An Eviction Suit is also filed before the Civil Court seeking eviction of the licensee (the person who is using the residential premises owned by the Petitioner).

The Petitioner has also complained to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa against a particular Advocate, who did not conduct his case before the District Court. According to him, the said case has not been decided by the Bar Council for more than one year.

Considering the above, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition, more specifically in the light of the peculiar prayers that have been put forth. Needless to state, the Petitioner is at liberty to prosecute his case against the licensee (the person who is using the residential premises owned by the Petitioner). The Petitioner is also at liberty to pursue his complaint before the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in accordance with the rules applicable.

Keeping all contentions of the Petitioner open in the said proceedings, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 6.

The pending Interim Application would not survive and stands disposed off.
