1. This is an Interim Application filed in the aforesaid FERA Appeal, whereby the Applicant seeks that the order dated 25th September 2025 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, dismissing the FERA Appeal No.89 of 2007 for want of prosecution, be quashed and set aside.

We have perused the averments made in the application in support of the Applicant's prayer for condonation of delay in filing the present application. Although Mr. Yogendra Mishra, learned counsel for the Revenue, has vehemently opposed the application, we are of the opinion that, in the interest of justice and for Mane This order is modified/corrected vide speaking to the Minutes Order dtd.17/04/2026.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d), subject to payment of costs of Rs. 25,000/-, to be deposited with the Bombay High Court Employees' Medical Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
