The order dated 23rd September 2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) dismissing the Civil Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 25937 of 2025 for non-removal of the office objections stands set aside and Civil Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 25937 of 2025 stands restored to file, subject ARS 1/2
28-IA-2412-2026.DOC to the Petitioner removing office objections within a period of three weeks from today.

In the event, the office objections are removed, list the Civil Writ Petition as a 'fresh matter'.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Civil Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 25937 of 2025, stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
