Having considered the schedule to the Interim Application, we consider it appropriate to permit the Petitioner to amend the schedule, as there is no clarity as to which of the matters mentioned in items F to I are grounds and which are prayers.

Accordingly, the Applicant shall amend the schedule to the Interim Application by 22 April 2026.

The Interim Application, along with the amended schedule, shall be placed before this Court on 23rd April 2026.
