2) This application has been opposed by the leaned advocate appearing for the respondent no.3.

4) Suffice will be purpose that the present applicant (M/s.Sushila Constructions) is added as a party respondent and the original applicant will retain as they are in its position as the applicant in the civil revision application.

5) The present interim application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

6) Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

7) Civil revision application to come up on board on 5 May, 2026.
