CORAM

: SARANG V. KOTWAL & SANDESH D. PATIL, JJ.

DATE : 27th APRIL, 2026 P.C. :

1.

This matter is placed for direction. The Interim Application No.2436 of 2026 in Writ Petition No.4356 of 2021 was disposed of vide the order dated 23/04/2026. There is a MANUSHREE NESARIKAR reference to the affidavit filed by the Applicant. That affidavit MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2026.04.29 11:38:43 +0530 was taken on record. However, the affidavit mentions the Interim Application No.7374 of 2026. Obviously it is a Nesarikar

2 / 2 02-IA-2436-26-IN-WP-4356-21.odt typographical error, because 7374 is the stamp number and not the registration number. It seems that it is a minor error. We permit learned counsel for the Applicant to correct the number in the title of the affidavit filed by the Applicant. Reverification is dispensed with.

2.

The amendment be carried out forthwith in the Court itself.

(SANDESH D. PATIL, J.) (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
