This application is for bringing on record the names of heirs and legal representatives of the deceased respondent no. 15. There is a delay in filing this application.

Notice for the final disposal of the petition is already issued. Notice issued to the said respondent is returned with a bailiff remark 'deceased'. Office is directed to issue notice to the proposed Page no. 1 of 2

10-ia-2452-2026.doc respondent nos. 15A to 15D as per the schedule annexed to the application. Office shall issue notice to the said respondents in the interim application as well as notice in the writ petition, returnable on 5th May 2026. Notice to be issued along with a copy of the order. 3.

It is clarified that despite service, if none appear for the proposed respondents, a fresh notice of the writ petition would not be necessary. This notice shall be treated as notice of the interim application and the writ petition.

In addition to the court notice, learned advocate for the applicants shall serve respondent nos. 15A to 15D, by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date. 5.

Learned advocate for the applicants shall ensure that the copies are supplied and court notice is issued to the said respondents by taking humdast.
