Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant will remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the application, the delay in taking out the application for restoration of the Second Appeal stands condoned.

The order dated 3 September 2025 dismissing Second Appeal (St) No.22512 of 2025 for non-removal of office objections stands set aside and the Second Appeal stands restored to file, subject to the applicant removing office objections within a period of two weeks. 5.

In the event, the applicant fails to remove the office objections within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and the Second Appeal stand SSP 1/2
