This matter is taken on the Production Board on the request of the learned Advocate for the Petitioners. 2.

The Registrar has refused registration to the Petition for Sonali

502-IA-2554-2026.odt non-removal of office objections. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the office objections would be removed within three weeks from today.

Since the Petition is at a pre-registration stage, the Interim Application is allowed. The impugned order of the Registrar is set aside on the condition that the Petitioners would remove all office objections on or before 21/04/2026, failing which, this order would stand recalled and the Petition would remain in the disposed off category.

If the office objections are removed, the Petition shall be registered with liberty to circulate.

5.
