In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the Application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the Application deserves to be allowed. The Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

31-IA-2616-2026.DOC objections stands set aside. The Revision Application stands restored to file, subject to the Applicants removing all office objections, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order. 5.

In the event office objections are removed within said period, list the Revision Application for 'Admission' as a fresh matter. 6.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 41163 of 2025, shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
