Interim Application is for seeking leave for effecting service on Respondent No.1 through the constituted attorney Shiraz Gulam Husain Bookwala. Respondent No.1 is the sister of the Applicant. In the RAD Suit, declaration was sought for joint tenancy in favour of Applicant and katkam Page No.

It appears that even before the Appellate Court, Respondent No.1 was representated through constituted attorney. In that view of the matter, Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave to the Applicant to serve the Respondent No.1 by effecting service on Power of Attorney Holder of Respondent No.1 namely Shiraz Gulam Husain Bookwala at his address 92/1, 64 Holy View, J.B. Shah Marg, Mumbai - 400 009;" 3.
Registry to issue notice to Shiraz Gulam Husain Bookwala, returnable on 30 June 2026.
