Mr. Kiran G. Kulkarni, the applicant who appears in-person has filed this interim application seeking intervention in the public interest litigation. He states that illegal demolition exercise is being carried out by the Corporation. However, we think that the applicant in-person does not seem to have any authority to address the Court.

A statement is made by Mr. Mandar Limaye, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2- Thane Municipal Corporation that, the demolition exercise has been stopped on 6th April 2026. 3.

The Interim Application is dismissed.

Post the Suo Motu Public Interest Litigation No.3 of 2023 after 4 weeks.
