The interim application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent (Hiralal Vithaldas Patel). In furtherance thereof, an order granting ad interim relief was passed by this Court on 10 January 2017. Subsequently, this Court, by order dated 31 January 2020, has dismissed the writ petition on merits.

The applicant states that he has not received the notice of Special Leave Petition.

In that view of the matter, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
