This Interim Application is filed seeking the vacation of the order dated 25th June, 2025.

The Court has granted interim relief by recording a categorical observation that a strong prima facie case was made out by the petitioner in its favour.

Thus, the prayer for the vacation of the ad-interim order dated 25th June, 2025 cannot be entertained. However, in view of the prejudice, which the applicant claims, it is likely to suffer, on account of the interim order, this petition be heard expeditiously alongwith WP/8791/2025.
