By this Interim Application, the Applicant has sought for amendment in the Writ Petition in accordance with draft schedule of amendment which is annexed to the Interim Application. 2.

The proposed amendment is for bringing on record the 1/2

916-ia-2834-2026.doc subsequent fact viz. revocation of the suspension Order vide order dated 11th March 2026 and consequential amendments. 3.

The Applicant is accordingly allowed to amend the Petition in terms of the draft amendment annexed to the Interim Application and which amendment shall be carried out on or before 9th June, 2026. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

Amended Writ Petition shall be served by the Petitioner to the Respondents simultaneously upon carrying out the amendment.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
