The Family Court Appeal has been filed by the husband against the order of interim maintenance dated 16.09.2025, passed by the Family Court at Bandra.

Mr. Juzer Udaipuri, learned counsel for the Appellant is willing to explore the possibility of settlement through a Mediator. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent also agrees to the said request. The parties have suggested to refer the matter for mediation through Advocate Ms Farida Tata Poonawala, and have requested this Court to appoint her as the Mediator.

At the request made by both the parties, we appoint Rushikesh

2/2 33 IA.2868.2026.odt Advocate Ms Farida Tata Poonawala, who is on the panel of Mediators of the High Court, to mediate in the matter and submit a report to this Court before the next date. The learned counsel for the Appellant shall approach the Mediator and inform her about this order appointing her as Mediator. Thereafter, both the parties shall fix a date for mediation as per their convenience.

Copy of this order be forwarded to the Coordinator, High Court Mediation Centre, Mumbai, for information and necessary action.
