The Interim Application filed by the Husband, father of minor daughter, seek her custody for the forthcoming Summer Vacation, as presently the daughter aged 5 years is in the custody of her mother.

On hearing the learned counsel for the Respondent and on perusal of the request, we permit the access of the daughter to her father in the following manner :- 1/2

36-IA-2903-2026.odt a) The Applicant shall have access of the child on 11th, 12th and 13th May, 2026, every day from 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. at Pune, by visiting Pune.

b) The access on 26th, 27th and 28th December, 2026 shall be availed at Nashik between 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and this time the mother shall take the child to Nashik. c) The Applicant undertake to make all necessary arrangement for her stay and travel, but the presence of the mother in the city shall in no way create any fetter upon the Applicant enjoying exclusive access of the daughter in Nashik.
