Interim Application has been preferred seeking restoration of the First Appeal which came to be dismissed by the order of 13th August, 2024 and which was restored by this Court by order of 21st April, 2025 and again came to be dismissed as the Appellant failed to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from the date of 21st April, 2025.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently, the office objections could not be removed within the prescribed period and seeks restoration of the First Appeal by setting aside the Arya 1 of

Considering the explanation which is tendered, the Interim Application is allowed, subject to removal of the office objections within a period of one week from today. First Appeal is restored to file. 4.
