This interim application has been moved seeking further extension of time for the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (DRT-I) to dispose of the pending Securitisaton Application No. TSA-23 of 2023 and pending interim applications therein.

This is the third such application moved for extension of time. By an order dated 12/03/2026, this Court had extended time up to 15/04/2026. 3.

We are informed that if an extension of time is granted by about two weeks, the DRT-I would be able to dispose of the pending proceedings. Sweety

In view of the above, DRT-I, Mumbai is granted an extension of time till 5th May 2026, as a matter of a last chance to dispose of the aforementioned proceedings.
