The address of above respondent No. 3 mentioned in the notice is same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as Notice of Motion No. 4776 of 2022 in Special Civil Suit No. 1879 of 2016 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application Stamp No. 7153 of 2026 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication notice to the respondent No. 3. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within two(02) weeks and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within four( 04 ) weeks.
