Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader. Considering the fact situation, the time granted to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the reopened proceedings has already expired, and the learned Additional Government Pleader expresses regret that the Committee did not move this Court by way of an Interim Application seeking extension of time.

Since the Applicant/Petitioner has filed this Interim Application, he prays that the time be extended till 31st July, 2026. 3.

In view of the above, by consent, both the Interim Applications are granted, and the time is extended till 31st July, 2026.

Both Applications are disposed off.
