By this application, the applicant (original respondent i.e. competent authority, Dy. Collector, Land Acquisition No. 11, Solapur) is seeking extension of time to comply with direction contained in paragraph Nos. 12(a) and 12(b) of the order dated 10th January, 2025, whereby the Writ Petition No.10144 of 2024 was disposed of.

It is submitted that the proposal is ready and that the directions can be complied with, within two weeks from today.

The petitioners are represented by counsel who has joined the Vishal Parekar ....1

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted time of two weeks to comply with the direction contained in paragraph Nos. 12(a) and 12(b) of the order dated 10th January, 2025 in Writ Petition No. 10144 of 2024.
