The Interim Application seek amendment in the Writ Petition, and by the amended prayer, the Applicant seek custody of the minor child during extended school vacations for a period of two weeks and seek modification of the order, which has permitted access on every Saturday and Sunday. 2.

We do not see any reason to refuse the amendment, though consideration of the prayer would be a matter to be decided on merits.

The amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith as per the schedule.

Let an amended copy of the Writ Petition be served upon the learned counsel representing the Respondent. Rushikesh
