By this Interim Application the Applicant/Appellant has sought a direction to the Registrar Judicial-I to handover the original documents mentioned in paragraph 12 (i to vi) namely Exhibit Nos.242 to 247 in the Special Civil Suit No.935 of 2012 and for a direction to the Registrar Judicial-I to accept the certified copies of the documents against the original documents as part of records and proceeding of Special Civil Suit No.935 of 2012 in First Appeal No.178 of 2022. 2.

Considering that limited prayer has been sought in the Interim Application and that rest of the averments in the Interim Application are not being pressed by the Applicant for the purpose of this Interim Shubham 1/2

2 8-IA-3052-2026.doc Application, we consider it appropriate to grant the prayers sought for in the Interim Application.

Accordingly, the Registrar Judicial-I is directed to handover the original documents mentioned in paragraph 12 (i to vi) namely Exhibit Nos.242 to 247 in the Special Civil Suit No.935 of 2012 to the Applicant within a period of one week from today. This shall be against the filing of the certified copies of the original documents by the Applicant/Appellant which documents are part of records and proceeding of Special Civil Suit No.935 of 2012 in First Appeal No.178 of 2022. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
