Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant. Perused the copy of death certificate and other documents placed on record. The Applicant No. 2 Mohan Mahadev More died on 14/01/2026. The Interim application to bring his legal representative on record has been made on 10/04/2026 i.e within statutory limit. Considering the nature of Civil Revision Application No. 548 of 2024 and the reliefs claimed therein, the right to sue survives. Therefore, the Interim Application No. 3153 of 2026 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), in view the provision of Rule (3) (i) (i) of Chapter II of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules. The necessary amendment be carried out within two (02) weeks from today.

Accordingly, Interim Application No.3153 of 2026 Disposed off.
