This is an application by the Respondent No. (1-b) Khushid Saifuddin Bohari seeking to recall the order dated 06/04/2026 passed in the above Contempt Petition to the extent the said order directing issuance of nonbailable warrant against the Applicant. 3.

Learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner (in Contempt Petition) submits that this litigation has a checkered history and after considering the akn

902.IA.3213.2026 .doc submissions, when this Court found on 06/04/2026 that the Respondent No. (1-b) Khushid Saifuddin Bohari is not appearing before the Court despite instructions of advocate, non-bailable warrant has been issued. 4.

I have perused the the order dated 06/04/2026. 5.

Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant states that today the Applicant / ori. Respondent No. (1-b) Khushid Saifuddin Bohari is present in the Court, who is duly identified by him. Statement accepted. 6.

Considering the submissions and earlier order passed, on a query put to the Advocate for the Applicant, it is submitted on instructions, that the Applicant is ready to file a written undertaking that he will remain present in this Court on all future dates unless exempted. 7.

In that view of the matter, since the Applicant has appeared before the Court, the non-bailable warrant issued against the Applicant is recalled. The Applicant is directed to file an undertaking as aforesaid. Let the undertaking be filed during the course of the day. Copy of an undertaking be served upon other advocates appearing in the Contempt Petition 8.
