The present Interim Application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition No.4363 of 2019, which was dismissed for nonprosecution vide the order dated 27/01/2026. Learned counsel MANUSHREE NESARIKAR for the Petitioner submitted that the order dated 19/12/2025 shows that the matter was directed to be listed on 26/01/2026. Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have no objection for restoration.

Therefore, we are inclined to allow this application. 4.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The Writ Petition No.4363 of 2019 is restored to its file.

(iii) Learned counsel for the original Petitioner is at liberty to get the Petition circulated.
