Considering the reasons assigned in the application, clause 33(i) of the order dated 17 March 2026, which requires the applicant to furnish a bank guarantee for an amount of Rs.10,06,800/-, stands modified to the extent that the requirement shall be satisfied by furnishing a pay order. 2.

Accordingly, clause 33(i) shall be read as requiring the applicant to furnish a pay order for Rs.10,06,800/-. The applicant shall accordingly comply with clause 33(i) within a period of two weeks from today.

The interim application stands disposed of.
