The present Interim Application seeks deletion of the name of Respondent no. 2, who is stated to have passed away on 12th January 2026. The Interim Application reveals that the heirs and legal representatives of deceased Respondent no. 2 are already impleaded in the present Appeal from Order as Respondent nos. 6 and 7 and accordingly, only deletion of Respondent no. 2 is sought. 2.

Considering this, the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b) and the Applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent no. 2 from the array of parties to the present ------------------------------------- Order dated 6th May 2026
