The learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the Applicant will remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.06.17 10:28:38 +0530 in the Application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay in taking out the Interim Application deserves to be condoned and order dated 29th April 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II), dismissing the Petition for non-removal of office objections stands quashed and set aside and the Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. ARS 1/2

15-IA-3344-2026.DOC 28352 of 2024 restored to file, subject to the Applicant removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

In the event the office objections are removed, list the Civil Revision Application as a 'fresh matter'.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 28352 of 2024, stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
