The learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the Applicant will remove the office objections within a period of ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL two weeks .

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.06.10 11:10:16 +0530 in the Application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dismissing the Petition for non-removal of office objections stands quashed and set aside and the Civil Revision Application No. 137 of 2025 restored to file, subject to the Applicant removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, the office objections are removed, list the Revision Application as a 'fresh matter'.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Civil Revision Application No. 137 of 2025, stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 137 OF 2025:

In the event, the office objections are removed, Revision Application be listed on 30th June 2026, as a 'fresh matter'. 6.

By an order dated 11th March 2025, this Court has granted adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) finding that an arguable case was made out. The ad-interim relief granted in terms of prayer clause (c) shall continue to operate till the next of the matter. [N. J. JAMADAR, J.] ARS 2/2
