By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks to delete the names of Appellant no. 1(c)(a), who is stated to have passed away on 11th March 2024 and Respondent no. 2(a), who is stated to have passed away on 10th October 2018. The Interim Application further reveals that the heirs and legal representatives of deceased Appellant no. 1(c)(a) are already impleaded as Appellant nos. 1(c)(b) and 1(c)(c) ------------------------------------- Order dated 6th May 2026
20. XOB(ST)-4800-1989.doc Ranchoddas vs. Pravinkumar and the heirs and legal representatives of deceased Respondent no. 2(a) are already impleaded as Respondent nos. 2(b)(a) and 2(b)(b) and therefore, only deletion is sought. There is no opposition to this Interim Application.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

This amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
