1) This is an application filed seeking extension of time for deposit of arrears upto 31 January 2026. By order dated 5 January 2026, this Court has directed the arrears to be deposited by 15 April 2026. Mr. Bhalekar, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits the said time be extended upto 15 May 2026. The request is fairly not opposed by Mr. Khan, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. In that view of the matter, time to make deposit in terms of para-6 of the order dated 5 January 2026 is extended till 15 May 2026. The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of.
