These are applications seeking restoration of writ petitions that stood dismissed, due to non-removal of office objections, in terms of orders dated 12.01.2026 and 13.01.2026 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). We have perused the applications and we find that sufficient reasons are stated therein to explain as to why the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated period of time, leading to dismissal of the petitions. 2.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and the orders passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) are recalled.

3.

The petitions are restored to file, subject to office objections being removed within four weeks from today.
