In the light of the arguments advanced before us in Civil Writ Petition No.3057 of 2026 and it having being pointed out to us that interim moratorium has been imposed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), upon the State Bank of India filing an application under Section 95 against the guarantors of the Corporate Debtor, Siddheshwar Industries Private Limited, the learned counsel for the petitioner who has innocuously sought the relief of directing 2/3
the Collector/Tahsildar for execution of the order passed by the Collector, on an application filed under Section 156 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions. However, he seeks liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate stage, if an occasion for him so arises. 2.
Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in Interim Applications being Interim Application (Stamp) No.12482 of 2026 and Interim Applicaton No.3465 of 2026. The same stand disposed of accordingly.
