Present Interim Application has been filed by Applicant for seeking extension of time of 8 weeks to file Valuation Report since the Valuer himself requires time as averred in the Interim Application. 3.

The Charity Commissioner has directed the parties to take appropriate extension from this Court. Considering the previous order passed by this Court, there can be no impediment in allowing the present Interim Application. Interim Application is allowed. 5.

Time is extended by a further period of eight weeks from today to enable the Applicant to file Valuation Report before the Charity Commissioner.

Interim Application is disposed.
