By this application, the petitioner is seeking permission to amend the petition in terms of schedule at exhibit 'A'. We find that the proposed amendment does not change the nature of the proceedings in any manner and that allowing the amendment would not mean that this Court has accepted the assertions being made on behalf of the petitioner, as they are subject to response that may be filed by the respondents.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Accordingly, the amendment be carried out within one week from today.

The respondents may file their additional reply affidavit to the amended petition within two weeks thereafter. 5.

Needless to say, the petitioner shall serve the amended papers to the respondents, upon carrying out the amendment. 6.
