1) This interim application has been filed by the respondent - landlord seeking to fix a specific date for hearing the civil revision application.

2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-landlord submits that he had filed suit against the applicant and such suit was dismissed by the trial Court, thereafter, the Appellate Court reversed the decree passed by the trial Court.

Diksha Rane 42 IA 3850 2026.doc 3) The civil revision application is pending for hearing. It is submitted that the applicant is a senior citizen and he is not keeping good health. The civil revision application be taken up for hearing immediately.

4) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and I have gone through the contents of the interim application. A case is made out to allow this interim application.

5) Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6) Interim application is disposed of and the civil revision application is kept for final hearing in the week commencing from 20 July 2026.

7) Parties agree to file a compilation of documents, short synopsis along with their preposition of law and authorities relied upon by them by 13 July 2026.
