In this situation, the Civil Revision Application was dismissed for non-prosecution. As such, the present Interim Application is filed by the Applicant for restoration of the Civil Revision Application to its original position. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the present Interim Application, the same is allowed. Civil Revision Application No. 39 of 2016 is restored to it's original position. 4.

Interim Application No. 3889 of 2026 stands disposed of accordingly.
