DATED:
15th JUNE 2026 PC:- 1.
The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants were not aware of the order of the Registrar directing to remove office objections within two weeks, failing which the matter would stand dismissed. The Civil Revision Application was dismissed in terms of the Order dated 6th May 2024, as the Applicants have failed to remove office objections.
2.
Learned counsel further submits that it was only later on when the Applicants visited the office of their advocate in the year 2026 that they became aware of the order of the 15th June 2026
30-IA-4025-2026.DOC Registrar dated 6th May 2024. Accordingly the Interim Application is filed seeking condonation of the delay of two years in filing an application for restoration of Civil Revision Application No. 336 of 2022 3.
The learned counsel submits that the Applicants have a good case on merits and that irreparable harm would be caused to the Applicants in the event the delay is not condoned. He also submits that the mistake was bonafide, as their Clerk had missed the matter and they were not aware of the listing of the matter before the Registrar. 4.
Considering the above submissions, the delay is condoned. The Interim Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
5.
The Civil Revision Application No.336 of 2022 is restored its original file and record subject to the payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- with the High Court Advocates' Association. (ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J.) 15th June 2026
