Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Review Petition is preferred seeking review of the order dated 03rd October, 2025 passed by this Court in WP/11375/2025 whereby the challenge to a judgment and order dated 14th August, 2025 passed by the Additional Collector/Appellate Authority dismissing the appeal preferred by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the petition, came to be dismissed.

Mr. Bhadbhade, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that, the said order dated 03rd October, 2025, causes grave prejudice to the petitioner with whom the subject property SAINATH, PA 1/2

18-IA-4162-2026.DOC was mortgaged and in respect of which the gift deed came to be executed, which has been set aside by the order passed by the Maintenance Tribunal dated 06th May, 2025.

There is no error apparent on the face of record nor any other sufficient cause to review the order passed by this Court. 5.

Suffice to clarify, the petitioner would be at liberty to work out the remedies as available in law.

The Review Petition stands disposed.

In view of the dismissal of the Review Petition, the IA also stands disposed.
