17/02/ The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that, this is an Appeal against cancellation of Bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Washim by order dated 18/12/2025 below Exh. 14 in Special Atrocity Case No. 71/2025. He submits that, the learned Sessions Court had issued the Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) against the Appellant. He submits that, the victim married the Appellant and stayed with him for two months after lodging the FIR. He further submits that, till the next date, the Appellant be protected. 2.

Though the order dated 30/01/2026 passed by this Court shows that, the learned APP was directed to intimate the concerned Police Station in respect of service to Respondent no. 2. Office note shows that, the notice issued to Respondent no. 2 is awaited.

The offence was registered against the Appellant in Crime No. 0473/2025 registered with the Washim Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 69 of

2 32) Apeal 39-2026222 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, (for short, 'BNS'), the Appellant approached the Sessions Court and he was granted Bail by order dated 03/07/2025. The said Bail is cancelled on the ground of breach of conditions. As the order passed by the learned Sessions Court cancelling the Bail granted to the Appellant, is challenged in this Appeal and on the previous date, this Court issued notice to the Respondents, the execution of NBW issued by the learned Trial Court against the Appellant is kept in abeyance, till next date.
