12/02/ It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Appellant(s) that, two Appeals came to be filed by the different Advocates under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short, 'SC & ST Act') against the same order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, rejecting the Application for Anticipatory Bail. He submits that, during the pendency of the Appeals, the charge-sheet has been filed and therefore, the Appellant(s) wish to approach the learned Sessions Judge by withdrawing these Appeals. 2.
