In pursuance of the order dated 30/03/2026, Mr. N.R. Tekade, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, has filed a service affidavit stating that the notice sent to respondent No. 2 was duly served on 02/04/2026, as per the track report issued by the Postal Department. The said track report is filed along with the affidavit. 02.

Despite service of notice, respondent No.2 has failed to appear in the matter. Therefore, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur, is hereby directed to appoint a Counsel from the legal aid panel to espouse the cause on behalf of respondent No.2. 03.

Stand over to 28th April, 2026.
