Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.
Having regard to the submissions canvassed by the respective parties, I have gone through the record as well as reply filed on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2.

On the face of record, it appears that on 21.2.2026, respondent no.2-informant lodged FIR with Risod Police Station, District Washim alleging that the appellant-accused outraged her modesty in the cattle shed standing in her field, however, FIR does not reflect that the appellant-accused outraged her modesty only on the ground that she belongs to scheduled castes. 4.
The prosecution has filed reply and opposed the application on the ground that during the course of investigation, the I.O. recorded statements of respondent no.2 Victim, other witnesses and also collected birth certificate of the victim as well as caste certificate. On 18.4.2026 this Court passed an order and enlarged the appellant-accused on ad-interim anticipatory bail on certain terms and conditions.
6.
Therefore, considering the possibility of settlement of dispute between the appellant-accused and the Victim, it would be just and proper to continue ad-interim order dated 18.4.2026 passed by this Court till conclusion of the trial. 7.
Accordingly, present appeal is allowed. The impugned order dated 2.4.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application 6/2026 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Washim is hereby quashed and set aside. The interim order granted on 18.4.2026 passed by this Court shall continue till conclusion of the trial on the same terms and conditions.
8.
The Criminal Appeal stands disposed of.
