By this application, the applicant is seeking extension of temporary bail granted by the Sessions Court on medical ground. 2.
It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the temporary bail was given to the applicant on medical ground as the Doctor had advised open heart surgery to the applicant. However, 15 days' period is insufficient as the applicant had to carry out various tests before undergoing the surgery. The applicant had filed application before the learned Sessions Court for extension of time, but it is rejected. Hence, requested to allow the application.
